This policy explains what happens to information you submit to Clever Endeavors / JL Digital ("CE," "we," "us") through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, industry, a description of your workflow, tools involved, business impact, urgency, and preferred next step. We do not collect this information through any other means on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate fit for an Operational Capability Sprint.
• To keep an internal record of the request.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How submissions are handled

Contact form submissions are delivered by a third-party form-processing service (FormSubmit) directly to CE's email inbox. No submission data is stored in a separate database by this website.

Analytics

This site does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and follow up on the inquiry, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing john.c80@gmail.com.
